Next Generations Leadership is a ministry of the United Methodist Church concerned with the development of all future leaders of faith. Our main goal is to provide leadership and vision to churches and agencies to train, equip, resource and embrace Next Generations Leaders and align the NGL budget to Conference needs and direction.
